Take a while to go through our photos. We will make it a point to keep our customers and future customers able to see all of our work, We take many close up pictures so everyone can really see the detail and workmanship that goes into each job. We have a wide range of different types of jobs in our photos. we have cement cinder blocks that were approved by the inspector to keep for a foundation, but that it had to be reinforced, so we built our own forms around the blocks and hand mixed 100 bags of cement. The inspector came back and passed the foundation on the first try. We have small additions, deck/porch building and rehab, roof replacements and rot replacements, siding, look at the close up pictures we added of the window casements we bent and installed, beautiful quality work. We built another front porch in Leominster with trex decking and pvc railings, we built the roof over the deck as well, but notice the close up we took of the decking and stairs the 45 degree angle cut on the decking the azek trim boards we installed around the deck to trim it out. We truly go above customer expectation. We want everyone talking about Better Home Improvement for many years to come. You will see carpentry work and framing, we did a commercial job in Gardner where the floor was completely sagging the customer tried to level it out himself and tie the floors together level where they meet and didn't succeed although he gave it a good shot. We gutted the floor and opened a can of worms, we discovered not only did he have no solid foundation but his sill plate was rotted his ceiling was coming down and nothing was level, the floor was actually built with railroad lumber big 6x6" posts. so we put in a solid foundation pressure treated sill plate all new framing for the floor and wall with 6 new windows, there was none when we started, he was fixing the place for a car dealership store. we did the roof and the siding on his shop, looks great ! We did the siding (cedar impressions) on a dentist office in Marshfield. We don't shy away from travel, we work in RI. and CT. VT. and ME. although we try to stay around Worcester county. We rebuilt a roof on a trailer in Chelmsford MA the weight from the snow nearly caved her ceiling in, Trailers are built to be lightweight to drive around so there was not much holding the trailer together. We then installed the new rubber roof. We litterally do it all and love to learn new things if possible. We want to be the one company to hire. Enjoy the pictures !
